Throughout the summer, Brasa’s backyard Bock terrace transforms into the setting for BBQ parties where open fire, live music, and visiting top chefs come together in a relaxed summer atmosphere.

Brasa BBQ Party is not just an event – it is an evening where people gather around the grill to eat, spend time together, and enjoy the summer without unnecessary formality. The atmosphere feels like the perfect neighbourhood BBQ party – smoke drifting through the air, music playing in the background, and dishes coming off the grill made to be shared in great company.

At each BBQ evening, a guest chef creates their own menu around Brasa’s open fire cooking.

BBQ Parties take place on Brasa’s Bock terrace from 17:00 to 22:00, or as long as food is available. Every evening also features live music.

This is not a traditional BBQ night.
