Truffle Weeks, from 3 to 15 of February 2025

What’s the best thing about February? In our opinion, black winter truffles, which is why we will be hosting the Truffle Weeks, from 3 to 15 February 2025. This year we decided to do something mind-blowing and put together a list of truffle delicacies. How about potato gnocchi with truffle or wagyu truffle slider? Sounds perfect, doesn’t it!

The truffles arrive directly from France, from the famous Maison Pébeyre farm, which was established in 1897. Each truffle has been picked and checked by hand. These truffles from southwestern France are also known as the black diamonds of Périgord, which further attests to their uniqueness.
