HOUSE OF APERITIVO

House of Aperitivo brings Italian aperitivo culture to Brasa for the whole summer, starting on 1 June. In Italy, aperitivo is not just a drink before dinner – it is the moment when the day turns into evening. A moment to pause, meet friends, enjoy a drink or two, and have something small to nibble on.

At Brasa, this moment is built around open fire, quality flavours, and a relaxed atmosphere.

The offering includes a selection of Brasa’s popular snacks, while on the drinks side, House of Aperitivo has its own aperitifs designed especially for the occasion.

House of Aperitivo is served daily from 17:00 to 19:00.

On sunny days, aperitivo is enjoyed on Brasa’s front terrace. If the weather changes, the atmosphere moves indoors to cocktail bar Blanda.
