On Saturday, 24 January, Brasa’s kitchen will host all six head chefs of the Olo Collection, joined by Finland’s reigning Chef of the Year from Bistro Ego and guest chef Tapio Laine, long-time leader of Finland’s national culinary team.

Each chef will prepare one dish in their own style for a eight-course Chef’s Dinner.

Our wine specialists will pair each course with precision-selected wines (a non-alcoholic pairing is also available), ensuring that both the food and beverage combinations are absolutely spot on.

This will be a truly unique night, starting at 6 PM — an experience you won’t find anywhere else. The eight-course dinner with beverage pairing is priced at €199.
